
Teresa K. Pond
Artistic Director
Holding a BFA in Communications from Chapman University and an MFA in Directing from University of California Irvine’s prestigious Claire Trevor School of Arts, Teresa has directed professionally Off-Broadway, regionally, and internationally. She has worked with New York Classical Theatre, Vital Theatre Company, and the NY Fringe Festival and also previously served as the Executive Director of Anchorage Community Theatre. She has served on arts councils, development groups and other committee associations; locally in Anchorage she has collaborated on and off stage with organizations such as Perseverance Theatre, ACT, ATY, Alaska Native Heritage Center, Alaska Dance Theatre, UAA Department of Theatre, Out North Theatre, and worked with several nonprofit and charitable groups in a variety of roles.

Rhea Hood
Administrative Manager
Rhea Hood is the Administrative Manager for Cyrano’s Theatre Company. She coordinates the day-to-day administrative duties, project development, and box office services that keep Cyrano’s running smoothly. She began volunteering for Cyrano’s administrative office and for productions in 2019 and officially joined the team in 2022.
Rhea holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Hawai’i and an MA in Anthropology from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Rhea was a professional archaeologist for 18 years before adapting her career to join Cyrano’s. As an archaeologist, Rhea specialized in cultural resources management, educational programs, and the study of animal bones. She was fortunate to work with indigenous communities in Hawai’i, Rapa Nui, and Alaska.
When she’s not rolling up her sleeves at Cyrano’s, Rhea enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and palling around with her dog Hector.

Seth Eggleston
Production Manager
Seth Eggleston was born and raised in Alaska, and works with multiple Alaskan theatre companies as a stage-manager, sound designer, music director, and performer. He has stage managed with Anchorage Opera, Cyrano’s Theatre Company, and TBA Theatre, including productions of The Barber of Seville (AO), Disenchanted! (CTC), and Our Friends, the Enemy (CTC). As a music director, he directed productions of I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change (CTC), The Merry Wives of Windsor (TBA), and Christmas Knight (TBA; voted “Best New Musical,” 2018 BroadwayWorld Regional Awards). As a sound designer, Seth designed for The Underpants (Perseverance Theatre) and A Doll’s House, Part 2 (CTC), and worked as a sound engineer for Willamette University Theatre. Seth has performed twice at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, most recently as an ASM and cast member in TBA Theatre’s The Death of Edgar Allan Poe (2018). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Willamette University in both Music and Psychology. Through this study, he gained experience in the fields of piano performance, composition, and cognitive neuroscience research. Additionally, Seth is a regular instructor at TBA Theatre’s Performing Arts Academy, where he teaches technical theatre, music, and juggling.

Alexis Sheeder
Marketing Associate
Alexis Sheeder has worked with multiple Alaskan arts organizations either as a performer or as a staff member since she arrived in Alaska in 2016. As a staff member, she has worked with Cyrano’s Theatre Company, Alaska Junior Theater, and Perseverance Theatre. Recent performing credits include The Rocky Horror Picture Show with Mad Myrna’s, Tosca with Anchorage Opera, Secondary Characters with Anchorage Cabarets, and Boeing, Boeing with Cyrano's Theatre Company. In 2014, she had the honor of singing Schubert’s Mass in G at Carnegie Hall. She studied theatre performance at St. Ambrose University, is currently working on her master's degree in drama therapy at Lesley University, and serves on the Anchorage Opera Overture Council board.

K N Goodrich
Curator of Visual Art for the Galleries
Born and raised in Alaska, making and exhibiting art has been K N’s primary occupation since 1996. Solo exhibits statewide have included International Gallery of Contemporary Art, Alaska Humanities Forum, Bunnell Street Gallery, ConocoPhillips Galleries at Alaska Pacific University, Fairbanks Arts Association’s Bear Gallery, Ketchikan Arts and Humanities Council’s Main Street Gallery, MTS Gallery, and Out North Contemporary Art House. K N has participated in 23 invitational exhibitions in Alaska; has been accepted into 35 juried art exhibitions throughout the United States and including the XXXI All-Alaska Juried at the Anchorage Museum at the Rasmuson Center; and participated in 60+ invitational and/or open group exhibitions in Alaska. K N is also a teacher of pastel, acrylic, watercolor and mixed media.
